3 Weeks left to Achieve in your Business

At the time of writing this we have just under 3 weeks to go until Christmas, so about 10 working days left until the end of the year. You may be already making the mistake of putting off tasks or decisions until January. Just by making a positive decision can reap surprising results; at the very least you will be 2 or 3 steps ahead of your fellow business owners come the new year.

  • Goals – Take a look back at your personal and business goals set for 2015 and see what impact you can make on them in the next 3 weeks (or so). What small steps could you take to get closer to achieving? Maybe it’s about resetting your goals for next year – make them bolder, work out what resources you need to get closer to achievement and set those balls in motion.

  • Networking – With plenty of networking events in Birmingham, you’ll be meeting the ambitious, committed business owners and employees still raring to go and forge new connections, despite the time of year. Find a group near to you and go along with the objective to meet one like-minded professional and see what you can make happen.

  • Business Coach – Be Your Own Business Coach what great meetings, 1-1’s or consultations have you been part of this year that didn’t quite come to the fruition you were hoping for, but perhaps could have given a little more focus? This time of year is perfect for getting back in touch as you have a festive reason to. What can you send that potential client you missed out on to keep you at the forefront of their mind? Think imaginatively to separate you and your business from the crowd and follow through for results. I’ve just ordered a few money plants for business coaching consultations I‘ve given this year.

  • Achievements – Make a list of everything you’ve achieved in your business so far this year. This will probably surprise you as we rarely give ourselves credit for our achievements. Stop and take stock. This will be time well spent and what every successful business coach will be doing on an ongoing basis, so why not replicate their to do list!?
